ABOUT

I have been in the casino and hospitality industry for close to 45 years starting in England and then moving on to the Bahamas, France, Turkey, St.Maarten, Bulgaria and Seychelles. During my 14 years with Princess Casinos International I finished as General Manager where I managed 32 casinos in 15 countries scattered over the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe and Africa and I was responsible for over 5.000 employees, 7.500 machines and 500 table games.

In 2013 I joined Casino Technology in Bulgaria where I started as consultant and I finished as COO of Gaming Operations. I supervised the operations in Bulgaria, Serbia and Kenya and was fully responsible for the opening and branding of the new "Royale Palms Casinos" in Sofia and Burgas. During my time with the group I also coordinated taking over the management of the Palms Finix Casino in Kulata.

Since 2016 I have been consulting for Star Casinos International and in 2018 I opened their first Star Casino in the Seychelles. 

Simultaneously I have been assisting other gaming operators with their projects in Bulgaria, Georgia, Mauritius and st.Lucia.

I am a casino professional with extensive knowledge in project management, casino operations, team leadership and financial accountability.

I have successfully researched new casino locations and have opened many casinos on both sides of the Atlantic including design, construction, licensing, budgets, recruitment, training, procedures, etc.....

I am especially proud of my involvement in the Princess Hotel & Casino in Gevgelija Macedonia which is one of the biggest casinos in Europe with over 4.000m2 of gaming floor and including 36 tables and 600 machines.
